INGREDIENTS
1. NANA FATT KOH MIX 发糕预拌粉 1packet
2. YEAST 酵母 1packet
3. BUTTER 牛油 1packet
4. SUGAR 糖 400g
5. WATER 水 800g

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Put sugar, water and yeast in a mixing bowl and mix well.将糖,水和酵母放入碗里搅拌均匀。
2. Add in fatt koh mix gradually into the mixing bowl. 分次加入发糕预拌粉,搅拌至无粉状即可。
3. Then, add butter gradually and mix well. 逐步加入牛油,搅拌均匀即可。
4. Let the dough self-fermentation 3 hours, then stir the dough every hours. 让面团发酵3小时,每个小时搅拌一次。
5. Put in a paper cup and steam 20 – 25mins. 把面团倒入纸杯,蒸 20 – 25分钟。
