Ingredient
1. Snowskin mooncake mix 1packet
2. Cold water 260ml
3. Oil (Included) 1packet
4. Desired Flavor (optional) 1/2 Teaspoon
5. Desired filling +/- 1kg

Method
1. Mix all the ingredient (except filling) at low speed until dough is evenly mixed
2. Cover the dough with wet cloth and let it rest for 20-25 minutes
3. Divide the dough evenly, flatten and wrap the desire filling. After that, place the dough into the mooncake mold.
4. Remove the mooncake from the mold and keep in the refrigerator.
